World Yoga Alliance™ Code of Conduct (Code) applies to every Member. The Code sets out acceptable, recommended, required and prohibited professional and ethical behaviors by which Members agree to conduct themselves. We required all community members to follow the core values in their yoga practice.
1. Recommended
To have respect for each other in our international yoga community. We are the one yoga family, including our certified yoga schools, teachers, students, and employers in the spirit of yoga. We are responsible for supporting each other’s and providing safe and effective knowledge and an accessible environment for all participants. Provide equal and clean energy to all. Make our practice a yoga lifestyle and continuing education a priority.
2. Required
2.1 - Members MUST abide by all local, state, provincial, national, and federal laws and regulations applicable in their location.
2.2 – Be kind to all members including our registered and certified yoga schools, teachers, students, employers, and other non-registered and certified yoga teachers or schools. Must remember we all are human beings.

2.4 – We must adopt yoga as a lifestyle (do no harm anyone by anyhow)
2.5 – We must follow the Yama – Niyama (Do respect to yoga community worldwide)

WYA Policies
This page contains information on Course Accreditation and on our Payment & Refund Policy for Online Yoga Courses including Yoga TTC & Other Courses conducted by WYA Yoga Community. Please read carefully.
1. PAYMENT POLICY:
1.1 - For enrolling in any of our Online or Onsite yoga courses the applicant must file an "Application form" (If any technical issue with submitting the "Online Application Form" then please contact the teacher via email / social media or mobile number)
1.2 - Upon submitting the fee receipt applicant must receive a Confirmation from the "Admin" within 4 - 6 working hours.
1.3 - See the Online Yoga Courses - CLICK HERE On-site courses can see on the website of Certified Yoga School.
1.4 - To enjoy our early bird discounted fee and promotions the applicant must complete the enrolment by paying the booking/registration fee before the stipulated announced date.
1.5 - If you have problems paying your booking/registration fee online, please contact "Teacher Admin" for other payment possibilities.
2. COURSE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
2.1 - We are sure that you have a good feeling and experience with the WYA Organization Online and On-site yoga education training system. But, if you find you are unhappy with any of our online or On-site yoga course which is provided by our authorization, please reach out to us to see if there’s anything we can do to help.
2.2 - Any payment after submitting your online or On-site course fees once paid are nonrefundable and there are no refunds at all.
For online courses, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period for course.
2.3 - In any situation, if you found it hard to complete the online course due to some life situation or your internal condition. Feel free to pause your classes or online training. So you can start again whenever you are ready within 2 years from the pause date. To pause the course please contact your course teacher.
2.4 - In case to refund the WYA Certification fee: Office can refund the course certification fee as their course registration (5,000 THB for 300 hours) (4,000 THB for 200 hours) (1,500 THB for 50 hours) After refunding the payment, WYA will cancel the registration number from the system, so might be applied no longer access in training videos / Live Classes / Online or On-site Course.
3. TRAINING RULES / CRITERIA & STANDARDS FOR WYA's ONLINE OR ON-SITE EDUCATION POLICY:
3.1 - This program is non-religious, non-sectarian, and non-political. All our courses are designed and intended to spread the real knowledge of yoga and the Yoga lifestyle.
3.2 - 92% attendance in our LIVE Meeting / ON-SITE Classes is very important to attend and all participants must follow the timeline to complete the course.
3.3 - It is necessary to submit the homework to the teacher or related group.
3.4 - The applicant needs to complete the online course within the course timeline.
* 50-hour online course timeline Minimum 1 month and Maximum 3 months.
* 150-hour online course timeline Minimum 3 months and maximum 5 months.
* 200-hour online course timeline Minimum 3 months and maximum 7 months.
3.5 - In order to complete the Course successfully, WYA System requires all students need to follow training criteria for their related courses such as 50 Hours / 150 Hours / 200 Hours, or 300 Hours of Training.
3.6 - WYA Organisation / Company have developed the Yoga Education System for our Authorized Worldwide Schools / Students / CYT Members (Certified Yoga Teachers) to see their success in the yoga industry, therefore our team is working hard to improve the student's skills. We don't require any online/on-site students to go through the test or examination system. However, we need to see the student's knowledge and understanding during the orientation / Final meeting before they got to graduate.
3.7 - Upon completing the course standards and criteria the applicant will receive WYA Certified Training Diploma according to the course/training level and standards.
4. TRANSCRIPT DOCUMENT POLICY:
This is an additional Document for the online yoga teacher course 200 hours (Level 1) 300 hours (Level 2) and 450 hours (Level 3) which might be required to submit but not limited to getting a yoga teacher/professor job in some organization/company/university or government authority/body located in EUROPE or AMERICA.
4.1 - Validity Period; This document authorizes your quality and the high standard of yoga knowledge. The validity of this document is only 12 months. However, students can keep or use this document for a lifetime for their own records only.
4.2 - In case to apply yoga job and 3rd party want to see this document issue an invalid date; All pass-out CYT graduates have the right to apply for a new TRANSCRIPT DOCUMENT with a valid date, Please follow the process and steps:
- Contact the Office / Teacher directly via the website: www.wyayoga.org and apply to get a NEW TRANSCRIPT DOCUMENT.
- Submit Examination fee receipt as 1,200 THB / 39 USD / 36 EURO / 3,000 INR (Students can select fees according to the country they live)
- Get an appointment for an Examination or meeting.
- Upon passing the exam and standards, the student will receive the NEW TRANSCRIPT DOCUMENT via email only.
4.3 - In the case before completing the training/graduation date; Students can ask the course teacher directly to get this document. The examination fee is not required.
4.4 - In case of failure in any subject; the Student can apply for a re-exam for the particular subject. The fee receipt for re-exam (any one or more than one subject) must be submitted as 1,200 THB / 39 USD / 36 EURO / 3,000 INR (Students can select fee according to the country they live).
4.5 - In order to pass each subject, the WYA Community standard requires 92% marks.

5. RTY LICENSE POLICY:
Upon successfully receiving a 200-hour CYT Diploma, Students can apply directly from WYA Official Website to obtain RTY License.

6. COPYRIGHT POLICY:
All the recorded course videos and Training Manuals (including all study materials and exam documents) by World Yoga Alliance are copyrighted. WYA has full ownership of the content of the teacher or the school did not sign the Individual ownership agreement before starting recording.

7. PHYSICAL WELL-BEING POLICY:
If you get injured from any online workshop or videos that you acquire through WYA Websites www.wyayoga.org or www.wya-thailandyoga.com we are not liable for the damage caused. We always recommend taking as many safety precautions as possible whilst practicing yoga, if you decided of your own volition to practice yoga without taking safety precautions then that choice was yours and yours only. We have no responsibility for the risks you decide to take on your own. Our course teachers always work with safety and provide all the useful techniques so that everyone can practice yoga at home.

We maintain an International Yoga Teachers/Studios Registry to recognize and promote all Yoga Schools/Studios, yoga teachers, and Institutions with yoga training that meets our high qualified yoga standards. Every yoga teacher or Centre can register with "WYA Thailand Yoga" in order to be featured on our website and become a part of our International Yoga network as a Professional way.

Our International Rule and Regulation for Members:

1-After getting the certification with World Yoga Alliance, you’ll never pay for registration fee for every student, who will get admission in your studio. We don’t have Student’s registration fees but Yoga Students details are compulsory for showing the records on organization & Institution website.
2-Yoga Studio certification processing is maximum three weeks.
3-World Yoga Alliance provides the unique certification ID Number for Yoga school/Institution or Teachers.
4-We provide the unique identification number (ID Number) for every register students.
5-After show the unique identification number (ID Number) can join our yoga conferences & Workshops without any fee.
* Every yoga studio or yoga Instructor/teacher can join our world-wide yoga community, It's very simple Only Submit your Application Form and Photo with your Documents and we will send you a Congratulation mail.
